These terms apply to your use of getfluid.ai (the "site"), operated by Fluid AI ("Fluid AI", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our services
The site describes Fluid AI's products and services. Use of the Fluid AI platform and related services is governed by a separate written agreement between Fluid AI and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about Fluid AI and to contact us. You must not:
- use the site unlawfully or in a way that harms Fluid AI or others;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or disrupt them;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- copy, scrape or reuse site content for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
3. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, belong to Fluid AI or its licensors and are protected by law. Customer, partner and integration names and logos, such as those of accounting and ERP systems, are the trademarks of their owners. They are shown to describe compatibility or working relationships, and their use does not imply endorsement beyond what is stated.
4. Information on the site
Site content is general information about our services. It is not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Results quoted from customers reflect their own experience and are not a guarantee of the results you will see. We may change the site and its content at any time without notice.
5. Third-party sites
The site links to third-party services, such as Calendly and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fluid AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
